Frosty start

Bloody cold start this morning for the 3rd Cannock Rotary 10k race. It's on the roads around the chase and could best be described as undulating. I did it a couple of years ago and took nearly two minutes off that time this time around.

This is the starting point with the road bending off into the distance. The start's great as it's pretty much all downhill for the first couple of kilometres. Unfortunately every step you take down you have to come back up again as the finish is back up by the start. I wasn't the only West Brom Harrier running today, Dom also ran and this is him coming in to the final finishing straight.

Dom was 41st in 45:01, whilst I managed top 20 in 42:07!
