Sunday's adventure...

Headed to Kirkcudbright to hand in our wedding photo order to the photographer. Decided to leave Mike behind as he gets stressed out about stuff like that, he was happy to get the house to himself to do whatever it is he does when I'm not there lol. I asked Mum and Jock to come with me instead and we had great fun.

We arrived early at Kirkcudbright, so we took a walk down to the Marina, the tide was out and it made for a good photo opportunity. I have only been to the Marina once before and the tide was in, its a nice place to visit.

The photo order got handed over and the photos should be ready before Christmas, which is nice.

On the way home Jock treated us to a lovely brunch at our fav cafe in Castle Douglas, yumm - thank you jock.

We took the coastal route from Castle Douglas back home. We enjoyed some lovely seascapes and rainbows. Stopping at Sweethearts Abbey for a special visit and then headed home.

What a lovely time we had. Mike enjoyed his chill out time to. So it was off to do the weekly shopping and chill out for the evening. Mike starts work at 2am, so bed early.
