Erin does Hen Do

We did baking today. Made the lushest gluten free carrot, ginger & nut loaf and the kids made 3 tubs full of gingerbread men and a whole heap of mess :-)

Evening was spent at Erin's (soon to be my sister in law!) hen do meal. Got to meet her mum and sister, who are both lovely. It needed to be done before the wedding, I can't believe 10 years has rolled by without meeting them before today.

We went to a Caribbean restaurant and the food was incredible. Really good stong flavours, bright and colourful on the plate. One little mouthful ignited my whole mouth...body, it was so good. I have to go back soon!

Too much wine and be all went back to my mums to chats and a mini boogie. I talkedway too much again, about a whole lot of nonsense. Before I knew it, it was 4am and I decided to bunk in with Erin for the night. Awkward moment when I rolled over and put my arm over her in the night. J doesnt even get that lucky!
