alice springs...

...and here we are in the heart of Australia.
Our fabulous train is almost one km long! so not for your average train platform.

Today we spend the day in 'Alice' and her surrounds and I opt for a day at the Desert Park tucked under the West MacDonnell Ranges complete with a dingo pair snoozing in the sunshine (extra)
