Canada Day 7

Today we are officially knackered!  We had a lie in and then wandered downtown to Meat & Bread, a highly recommended sandwich bar on the edge of Gastown.  I had the Chicken Souvlaki with tsatiki and spinach and Isobel had the Buffalo Chicken with carrot and celery slaw, each washed down with a rather crisp NZ lager!

We caught the bus back up Burrard Street to the apartment.  Tomorrow we are off to tour the Rockies, Glaciers and Lakes!!
