Grrr

Does anyone else have trouble with this?
I hope I'm never in a position where my medical records are needed urgently if this is the sort of software that the NHS uses. It wont accept the ID or password that my browser recorded last time and wont help because it cant find my registration at the surgery that I've been attending for 30+ years. It's just as well that I only want a repeat prescription
