On the Water

Or perhaps more correctly in the water.   

Learning to sail has been on my bucket list since 1972.  And SusannaHelen recently offered me some sailing lessons as an early birthday present. Today was the first half of a two-day 'getting started' course at Farmoor Reservoir just outside Oxford.  

I know a lot more now than I did this morning - for example I know that the little boats in the picture are Laser Picos. I also know that they are very easy to capsize. :-)
