Hair of the dog

Not sure you are meant to roll in drunk at 1am after a 'Pampered Chef' party! I however did (and wasn't the only one!) so wasn't feeling too clever this morning. Went for a run on the Common to blow out the cobwebs and then cycled down to the club to watch the boy play footy. Another win-yay!

By the time I had got this little lot down me I felt much better :-)
