Drawing with my needle

To say I am terrified of drawing is an understatement, but today I attempted to draw with my needle on my sewing machine and make an embroidered Indie. I went to a workshop at Poppy Patch, a lovely little shop in a farm yard. The workshop was run by Anna Osborne and more if her work can be seen at The Speculating Rock. An absolutely fab and tiring day. This is my attempt. I am pleased with it, but not to happy with the eyes. One if the many farm cats had had kittens and 2 ladies went home with one not what they expected to return home with today
