Duke's Weekender

Today was the first (hopefully of many) Dukes Weekender in the village.  There are cycle related events all weekend and it started with the hill climb. This is the first ever rider in the event and a cheeky little extra.


Daughter and I also went to Macbobs to see McLuckie's Line. Hats off to the actor who had to perform to the rudest audience I have ever been a member of (apart from a Human League concert but that's another story).

Audience member wandered onto the stage and tried to chat to the actor right at the beginning and then he and his friends tried to have banter with the actor when he started his monologue. Then two very drunk women leaving the theatre to take a phone call, return, chat look at phone then eventually leave again.

Rude! Just rude!
