chapelle notre dame de la salette

when we were in the citie de vin in Bordeaux we watched a brief film showing wine regions and spotted a little white chapel amongst the vines of Banyuls. Today we went to Banyuls for lunch and a look around and went on to search for the chapel which is way up in the hills above the coast .It is close to the vines but its hard to include both vines and sea in the same shot so have decided on blipping the view with the sea. We then headed on to Cerbere, the last town in France before the Spanish border that used to be well known as the place where people changed from French to Spanish trains when they ran on different sized gauges. There is an old art deco hotel that's been renovated on one side and being re-opened soon , see extra.
