Some highlights from the National Portrait Gallery today:
1) The infamous Tudor portraits (Henry 8th, Anne Boleyn, Elizabeth 1st);
2) Black and White photos of Queen Elizabeth in ballgowns and tiaras (1950's) looking like a total glamour puss - Cecil Beaton;
2) Marilyn Monroe photos 1950-1960's;
4) Andy Warhol's celebrities (Mick Jagger, Elizabeth Taylor etc)
I could spend a whole day in here.
I have now been blipping for 3 weeks and I admit progress is slow (I am still confused over some of the settings on this camera) - but even Mario Testino had to start from somewhere!
