Saturday sunshine

There was rain during the day and rain later in the evening but in the late afternoon there was sunshine streaming in through the front windows.
Lovely!

Spent most of the morning in bed, still feeling a bit unwell.
As I had arranged, some time ago, to go out for dinner with a friend who was coming up from London I dragged myself into the shower at about noon.

It was food shopping, housework, cook for boys, get ready, taxi, eat, taxi home and in bed for 9.30pm!
What a party pooper.
