Basilica Di Santa Maria

In Trastevere for a walk around the cobbled streets and squares . Full of little artisan shops, not to mention Poggi ;an art store with a selection of materials to make you salivate. Lovely lunch outside at a small restaurant and a visit to Basilica Di Santa Maria in Trastevere.to round the day off. The golden mosaic work in the nave reminds me of Ravenna and the sabbatical that started this whole adventure.
