South Coast Scribblings

Clevedon Court

We visited this National Trust property this afternoon. Parts of it date back to the 1300’s and it was quite interesting. As usual, lots of alterations had been made over the centuries. There was a doorway surrounded by hacked up Tudor fireplaces - the guide pointed this out to us. I will put it in extras and you can see the two mantels one on top of the other above the door! There was an amazing collection of Nailsea glass - I will put one photo of that in extras as well.
