Another Bionic Woman

Yes I have joined the ranks of people having spare bits put in.  
Here are examples of the two small metal plates inserted yesterday for my knee surgery .
A close up is in extra photo. My walking frame,or zimmer, has now been replaced with two sticks.
Today has been a difficult day, something I was warned about. 
However I have had two visitors - M and a very old friend who lives in Glasgow.
Apologies for lack of comments etc but tonight is not a good night.
