Bowerhill (Sunday 9th September 2018)

I must say I am enjoying the autumnal light much more than what we were getting a month or so back. I took a walk from Bowerhill up to Seend Bottom Lock and back today and found plenty to photograph. I haven't processed the results yet and Bodyguard  beckons.

I was going to enter this for Miranda's Wildflower Challenge but I couldn't identify everything so instead I've chosen this irresistable purple loosestrife against the late afternoon light. Thanks for hosting, Miranda1008!
