Look!

"Hey Guys, look!  I caught one!  Guys?  Guys?"

This little egret seemed so inexperienced fishing.  It caught one fish and tried and tried to figure out how to eat it (or so it seemed).  It dropped it many times, re-caught it and tried holding it different ways. After 100 shots or so, I finally had to get going for the drive home.  Shame...I really was hoping to see it successfully swallow it!  At the first, you could clearly see that the fish was alive as there were droplets of water flying...by the end it was almost unrecognizable as a fish.  Perhaps this is normal...?

A nice way to cap off the weekend  : )  Hope yours was as interesting!
