Salad Cake

Up for the early morning red eye flight to London Luton for a day of meetings at our HQ.

Eight meetings later and I’m back in a cab to said airport for return flight to Edinburgh which is delayed again.

Chicken salad for airport dinner so I’ve earned this delicious carrot cake!

It tasted just as good as it looked.
