Size doesn't matter?

I have an old activity/step tracker I wear on my wrist, nothing fancy, but working fine. So when the strap broke the other week I got in touch with the company and - what do you know! - they still had a replacement strap for the old thing.
I paid my 11,61 € and the new strap arrived today.

In a huge package. I was wondering what went wrong with my order until I opened the package. You could have sent a microwave in it. Or a coffeemaker. Or 20 pounds of coffee.
