Exotic

MM challenge. “ Exotic “.
I always think of orchids as exotic. This one has been flowering none stop since our Golden Wedding Anniversary inJune 2017, when it was given to us by some friends.

An unusual day. I did think it would be very boring, with washing and cleaning.
I did get the washing out on the line. And the bed changed.
However then a phone call from a friend, who was in the area, and dropped in for a chat.
Stayed for lunch, and left about 3.30 pm.
We had a catch-up and laughed a lot.
Then 15 mins. later a knock on the door and another friend was also dropping by, and called in.
So the rest of the afternoon was spent with more catching up and laughter. Along with a few drinks.
What an enjoyable day. The housework will have to wait until tomorrow.
I did get the washing dry.
