Homemade hats compulsory to secure entry to THE garden party of the season a la Brig o' Don. Invitees were rewarded by prizes and even an inaugural trophy, food and highly competitive games galore devised by sport mad Granda. Crossbow target, shotput hurling, hula hoop gazumping and bowling ball flower wrecking. Like a mad batters tea party. Pink gin tins for Sam and Tess...from their tea- totalling grandma? Shocking behaviour Irene. Enjoyed very much by Sam and Tess though, and the odd wasp.

Josh won the trophy this year, game on for next time. Katie's Bloomin' Marvelous Comic hat had Thor in it..so obviously it was my favourite....
