At the pet Dr.

On top of everything, poor Salem had surgery scheduled today to remove some lumps. They have a wonderful aquarium at the vet so I took a few shots of my all-time-favorite tropical fish - a clown fish. I am lucky to say that I saw them live in the Great Barrier Reef (more years ago that I like to think about). 

So Salem is home but I'm sure she feels awful - she's kind of crying-wincing. She has a pretty big incision so I think they may have found more lumps than I could feel. It's very hard to listen to her squeak with pain. I gave her a pain pill so hopefully she will be able to settle down.

I'm taking the max dose of acetaminophen which is keeping a lid on the pain from my elbow. We will just be a wreck together.
