Eton Mess

Not made this in a while, not an everyday thing to eat, more like a treat.
While I started to make this my friend who lives in Switzerland phoned me for "Facetime", it was funny because I was whipping cream, chopping Strawberries, crushing Meringue & mixing together.
Not many people do "Facetime" with me, so I still find it slightly alien, but really fun.
My parents would be totally amazed that "Facetime" is possible.
