Head rub

A rare moment where Emily enjoys a good cuddle and stops being on watch. I can vouch for the relaxing nature of Martin's head rubs.

I had an unsettled night overdid it yesterday so I had a lay in before my friend came to visit. She brightened my day by bringing her latest watercolour commission to show me. Aspirational work.

Vikki came to visit bearing snacks and flowers later. An afternoon nap won the dogs' approval. I seem to be following their example of an eat, sleep, repeat routine. I'll leave the long walks to the others for now though :)
