Porthmadog

....The sun glasses came out today, yaay!! By the afternoon there was some blue sky and sunshine, very warm. I took a short bus ride to Porthmadog not really knowing what to expect and was pleasantly surprised...a bustling little town, full of tourists, pensioners and dogs. I found the small harbour, very pretty, and a starting point for one of the popular steam railways, and a very large lake with a circular walk. The sun shone and gradually burnt off most of the clouds, revealing for the first time, the mountains and beautiful surrounding scenery.
