Groggy Doggy

Poor Mabel had a surgical procedure today to remove a suspicious mass from her right shoulder.  We just picked her up from the vet about half an hour ago, and she's very woozy still from the anaesthetic.  We'll know in about a week whether there's anything to worry about once we get the biopsy results.  You can sort of see in the picture that she's wearing a black "onesie" -- so much easier than "the cone of shame" usually clapped on dogs when they need to be kept from bothering stitches, etc.  Her legs are so short that the cone of shame gets caught on rugs and the floor, and trips her up!
