... of sauerkraut.

I’m getting behind with Blip again! Having visitors is lovely though so I’ll just have to get to Blip when I can.

This sauerkraut batch was only made yesterday, so it’s still quite green. The brine is right to the top now and is covering the leaf & stone I’ve got there as an airlock, and to stop the kraut ‘heaving’.
