Who doesn't like a big chunk of pork roast?

I have tried to cook pork tenderlion/pork roast for several times. I could say that this was the best one that I have made. It was moist, tender,and very tasty! hmmmmmm

I also like how the steam coming out from the roast was captured on the photo!
