I thought I was in the Twilight Zone!

Tuesday 11th September 2018                (backblip)

I looked out of the window this morning ..... this is what greeted my eyes ...... not a car, person or bird in sight ....... it was totally silent too! Most unusual!

It remained like this for almost 15 minutes ..... I was beginning to think I was the only living being on the planet! Then finally a car drove past ..... phew ...... there was at least one other being alive!

My normal view has cars parked along in front of the house ..... cars parked down the road opposite ...... vehicles driving by ...... people walking or cycling & birds flying about ....... those 15 minutes were absolutely surreal!

Don't get me wrong .... I would be very happy without all the traffic whizzing by ..... but those 15 minutes were really weird!
