Slow start, busy finish

Pixel was snoozing on the sofa by late morning. Definitely a nocturnal cat.

The day ended at Holyrood, with my mother at a gathering of MAP (Medical Aid for Palestine) supporters. The place was buzzing with people coming to all sorts of gatherings: Police Service Youth Volunteers; Deafblindness 'Just Go for It' ; The Nature Awards-Scotland; My career in food and drink. The building really does feel that it belongs to the people who pay for it.
