On the day that Ed Milliband advised us all that he is in fact the reincarnation of Margaret Thatcher and David Cameron has suggested that we need to beat Hitler, Donald Trump has announced plans to build a second golf course at his north-east estate and predicted proposals for a nearby windfarm would be rejected by the Scottish Government.
