Oh Grandma!! I know you want an emergency blip!!!!

Got up this morning, showered, made brew, fed Shad and went to work. By the time I got there my head was pounding, and I felt nauseous!!! Thought I'd be ok, but as my first lesson wire on the stomach cramps started and I got colder and colder!!!!
Needless to say, I came home and went to bed, have just had a cream cracker, it went down ok, and a pint of water.
Forgive me if I don't comment tonight, will be off back to bed soon!!
