Diner food

We had a nice 9 hour drive through Colorado, Wyoming, and into Utah. Tomorrow we will get to our destination just outside of Boise, Idaho.
One of the dubious adventures of road tripping is finding food along the way. I ordered liver and onions, but it was lost under the gravy!
