Old Shearing Shed

The sheep are all gone now. Dairy cows have taken their place.

I went to Christchurch today. It was overcast, but very warm. Coming home the car was buffeted by a gusty nor’wester, and the sky was clear and sunny. It was so warm! Last night I was up at 1am and saw that the outdoor temperature was 13.7C. Higher than many daytime highs.

This evening the moon, Venus and Jupiter are so beautiful. There is a long roll of lenticular cloud spread out below them. It’s a magical sight.
