Stackpole Quay and Barafundle Bay

Up early for the sunrise at Freshwater East , then cycled up and down to Stackpole Quay. Only 2.7 miles but not a flat section the whole way.

Carried on by foot over the castle path to Barafundle Bay , once voted the most beautiful beach in the world.
