A Welcome Sight !!

Scarborough's South Bay is a welcome sight to me at any time of any day, but at the end of a day like today it is all the more welcome because this sight means that I am one minute from home.

One minute from central heating. Two minutes from dry clothes. Five minutes from a hot drink that is NOT from a flask. Six minutes from putting my feet up and reading the paper.

A very welcome sight indeed.
