Back to normality today with a trip over to The Parents at Metheringham. All much of a muchness over there. 

Today a guy came to fit a Smart Meter for gas and electric. He did a very quick job, and was fairly unobtrusive.

Having said that, I do not want us to have a Smart Meter! He also left a device that tells you exactly how much fuel of both types you are using, which is fine, except the device also tells you how much it is costing on a day-to-day basis. This kind of thing can only lead to ongoing arguments! The opposite of the peaceful atmosphere I am seeking to foster!

I'm home now, and feel like going to sleep, but I must go to work!
