Reflections

So much to think about right now.

Travelled to MK for the first meeting of the Staff Mental Health Working Group. Very interesting and a joy to work with some passionate and dedicated colleagues. Lots to discuss and top of the agenda was mental health first aid training and the complexities around having a MH first aider scheme in our organisation.

I may just need a glass of wine to unwind tonight!
