Last day of the test

Just about anybody who watches cricket will recognise this scene.

I took a late decision on Monday evening and by 10.45 this morning I was in my seat at the Oval.  A splendid day of gripping test cricket, rounded off by Jimmy Anderson breaking the wicket record for fast bowlers with the match winning delivery. And of course one more ovation for the departing Alastair Cook.

There's nothing quite like a day at a test match and this one was more special than most.
