Apple Sauce, Apple Purée, Äpplemos

Call it what you will, in whatever language you speak.  This is the apple purée we made yesterday. It was sitting in the sun looking rather lovely when I got up so that was the day's blip sorted.
Our new habit of a daily cycle is also becoming a habit of a daily shop. We did the 13 km circuit today, via the shop for some milk.
On the gravel road there was no traffic apart from us so I tried to take photos while cycling along but this was not as easy as I'd thought. (See extra.)
