So Abe hates his Halti, but we need to persevere because the pulling is becoming very annoying. He’s a lot more stubborn than Cousteau ever was, but he’s met his match in me. He’ll get used to it (... probably!)

I did a 42 km bike ride with the kids today; our first fitness ride (the others are just training rides of around 25-30 km). My legs certainly know they’ve done some work, but I feel good and really enjoyed the ride.

Then home to torture walk Abe with his Halti.

It’s been a stunning day today; not so much over the weekend, but I’m looking forward to it anyway.

As you can see, Abe forgave me after our walk; holding ‘hands’ the only way a puppy can!
