All Hands On Deck

It was time to get stuck into the woodpile. When we moved in, we inherited an enormous pile of timber all sawn into two sizes. Short one for the sauna and long ones for the heating system. Since we got a new heating system in which is not wood fired we needed to shorten all that stuff for the sauna. A very good friend came along this morning with his chain saws and he, Mrs.JB and myself got stuck in. By early afternoon we had enough cut and stored away to see us through the winter. That was only half though. The rest can wait until spring.
