Glastonbury Tor

Back blip. But a super day. After all the years I have spent in the west country, I at last made it to the top of Glastonbury Tor. A rather traumatic day as a tragic accident on the M5 caused traffic chaos. My friend Janet was determined to climb to the top before her knees gave up the ghost. We took the shortest, but steepest walk to the top and it was well worth the effort, the panoramic view was stunning. On our way down , we treated ourselves to an ice cream. we then did a tour around the Abbey Gardens. A super day :-)
