2018 Thursday — Ocean in View

We drove out of our driveway at 12:41 p.m. We pulled-up to our little lavender Coast house at 8:41 p.m. It was a grueling trip!!!

We had just stopped in Agora/Westlake Village for a potty stop and a late bite to eat for lunch. Back on the 101 Freeway and almost instantly the light on the dash was signaling that our car had a flat tire. Ugh!

We quickly exited the freeway. Triple A/Auto Club came to our rescue. We were just outside of Westlake Village and in Thousand Oaks (or Thousand Tokes—as we affectionately call it). The Tow Truck put air in the tire and then escorted us to a mechanic shop. The folks there were lovely and invited us and our three pups into the air-conditioned waiting room.

Today’s journey was an adventure to say the least.
