Gold Leaf

The morning after the overnight visit with A to see how things were progressing. Could be better; could be worse.

This is the 'smoke bush' in A's garden in the crisp and unexpected morning frost. Amazing set of colours.

We took A to church and headed home ourselves. The timing of the weekend had been so atypical, travelling up on Thursday, back on Sunday morning, that I was completely confused when E announced it was lunchtime. It can't be - we always come back from Oxford after lunch.

Washed the go-kart smaller car. The second of it's two lifetime washes; one soon after buying it, and one shortly before selling it... Might even have found the cause of the stalling - a gasket, easily replaced - but a 6ft4 J still doesn't fit into it, so it needs to go.
