Beer (and bus)

My day started with a dentist's appointment at 8am, then I was at the Institution of Civil Engineers to chair a webinar on cloud-based technologies for construction collaboration. The ICE then laid on a minicab so that I could dash to a meeting of the CIPR's policy and campaigns committee at Russell Square.

Rush, rush, rush.... Have beer.... and relax....
