Cocoa Beans

Tonight at the WI we had a talk from a gentleman making his own chocolate. This did mean we spent a lot of time sampling - including chocolate with seaweed in it. This is a pure cocoa bean. It tasted very strange and not like chocolate but not unpleasant!
