Spotted at Savigny Platz. A lady with the where with all to get a grip on things having first measured them up. Mrs Pankhurst would have been proud but  possibly preferred a tad more clothing. This Titian haired DIY beauty  graces one window of the most prestigious ironmongers  shops , established over 100 years ago ..Certainly makes a change ..
