A German bank

where the teller cannot read German!! I received a letter from one of our German owners, the letter was in German and as I cannot speak or read it I took it to the German bank, which is involved in the on going saga of a house reposession on the Community, I gave the letter to the teller, he asked me 'what do you want me to do with this' I replied 'translate it for me please', his response, 'I cannot read german, you will have to pay to have it translated' I was gobsmacked, how can a bank employ a person who cannot read the language.

Tomorrow I am taking it to our administrator and she can sort it out.
